The admin panel of the Second platform is called as the Second Back Office often referred by the abbreviation (SBO) and administrators with enough access and credentials wont be have any trouble accessing the Second Back Office (SBO). Only the operators (administrators) have access to the Second Back Office and vendors and customers cant access the back office.
The Second Back Office url is dynamically generated with a set of random string. This base URL can be updated by change the configuration value in the parameters file.
Initial Users:
When you install the Second platform, the installation controller will prompt and ask for the superadmin and admin credentials. Else you can configure the same in the config/packages/parameters.yaml file.
Once you access the Second admin URL, a login form is displayed like the following:
By default there will be 2 initial users created for the SBO which are the admin and the superadmin users. The admin login page is common for both the admin as well as the superadmin users. You can login with the username and password set during the installation process.
Forgot Password:
You can reset the password of the Second Back Office (SBO) by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link displayed in the Back Office login page:
Once you have clicked on the “Forgot your password?” link, a popup will be displayed with a form asking for email for which the reset password link will be sent:
